Refund Policy

At PakistanNutrition, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic health and wellness products to our customers. Due to the sensitive nature of health supplements, our refund and return policy is designed to prioritize safety, hygiene, and fairness.

When Are Refunds or Replacements Allowed?

Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product
• The product was damaged during shipping
• The product was expired at the time of delivery

If you experience any of the above issues, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please email admin@pakistanneutrition.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your case, we will either offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following products are not eligible for refund or return:

• Opened or unsealed products
• Used products
• Items returned without original packaging
• Refund requests made after 24 hours of delivery

We reserve the right to reject any refund request that does not meet these conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they are still in processing status and have not been packed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Processing Time for Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or provided as store credit, based on your preference.
